You must be at least 18 years old, or transacting under supervision of a legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to suspicion of fraud, mispricing, or stock unavailability. You will receive a full refund in such cases.

We accept UPI, all major credit/debit cards, netbanking, wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay) and Cash on Delivery up to ₹5,000. Payments are processed by Razorpay. A COD handling fee of ₹50 applies.

7-day return window from delivery date. Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons — see our Refund Policy.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, photos, product designs — is owned by KHWAB or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

By uploading a review, photo, or tagging us (#khwabmoment), you grant KHWAB a non-exclusive royalty-free right to use that content for marketing on khwab.in and our social channels, with credit where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KHWAB's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
