Shipping Policy
We ship to 27,000+ pincodes across India, from our Mumbai warehouse. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Delivery estimates
Metro cities
2–4 business days · Free over ₹1000 · else ₹50
Tier 2 / 3 cities
4–7 business days · Free over ₹1000 · else ₹70
Remote pincodes
7–10 business days · ₹100 flat
Jammu & NE states
8–12 business days · ₹100 flat

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Available on orders up to ₹5,000 across supported pincodes. A ₹50 handling fee applies. You can pay the delivery partner in cash or via UPI.

Tracking your order
Once shipped, you'll receive the tracking link via SMS and WhatsApp. You can also track from Account → Orders.
3.
Order not received
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, contact care@khwab.in within 48 hours. We'll investigate with the courier within 3 working days.
4.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your address before placing the order. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to re-ship at actual courier cost.
