Return window
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, in original packaging.

- Sale items marked "Final sale"
Refund timing
Exchange
Want a different size or colour? Raise an exchange request from My orders within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free reverse pickup, deliver the new variant once your original parcel reaches our hub, and refund any price difference to your original payment method. One free exchange per order; subsequent exchanges incur a flat ₹50 logistics fee.
Damaged items
Received something torn, stained or with a manufacturing defect? Raise a complaint within 48 hours of delivery — attach unboxing photos / a short video showing the issue. We'll either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund (your choice). Damaged items are exempt from the standard 7-day window.
